As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Precision Jet LLC (TurfBond, LLC), I work closely with the executive management team to set the overall strategic direction of the company.  I believe strongly in developing strategic plans based upon the company’s strengths and market opportunities and determining actionable and measurable steps to achieve the goals of the plan.  My focus since becoming Chairman of the Board has been to fully utilize the strong innovative capabilities of executive team to produce superior products with strong return on investment potential.  I believe strongly in growth through strategic collaborations.

My job is all about relationships: with our customers, with our suppliers, and perhaps most importantly, with our employees.

I am constantly working to create a work environment where our employees can thrive.  While the average tenure in America is 4.2 years, many of our employees have been with our company for over 5 years.  Our team is exceptional; they truly are the reason for our success.

When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children.

My passion is innovation. As a Founder and Chief Technological Officer of Precision Jet, it’s my responsibility to encourage an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit throughout the organization. I strive to ensure we push ourselves beyond regularly accepted borders and restraints to produce both cutting edge processes and products. I believe by leveraging technology, engineering and modified processes new products can be created more efficiently with higher sustainable margins. Some think that innovation is impossible in certain industries. At Precision Jet we strive to prove them wrong. We like challenges and look beyond barriers for new possibilities.

Danielle Stewart

Operations Manager

I have worn many hats in the turf industry, from being on the floor producing jobs to creating electronic files to managing the operations.  I draw on my in-depth experience for problem solving and finding efficient solutions to challenging deadlines.

Above everything else, PrecisionJet is a team whose number one priority is quality.  We pursue excellence across the board, with a focus on dedication, ambition, and a common goal to stay on schedule.  I absolutely love working in an environment where hard work and integrity are a way of life.In an ever-evolving industry, we are always adapting and forever learning.  New challenges equal new solutions

I really have a passion for the turf industry, it’s always exciting to see what we can create. My position as a Sr. Graphics Designer has allowed me to be a part of some of the most exciting moments in sports. The close relationships we have developed with our customers is key to making the system work. It is truly rewarding being a player on such a great team.

During my free time, I enjoy being crafty and hanging out with my kiddos.

Dave Roberts

For me, it’s all about bringing quality to our customers. There’s nothing better than hearing again and again how our products were delivered on time, in budget, and that they last and last.

When I am not working, you’ll find me with my wife, son, and our golden retriever. My son and I are involved in high power rocketry, and when we’re not doing that we’re building telescopes and custom cars. My wife and I also do a little ballroom dancing.

Mary Mathena

Director of Accounting

My role at PrecisionJet is complex and ever-changing.; my duties run the gambit from office management to accounts payable and receivable.  I enjoy working with a team of individuals who strive for excellence every day. Our operations staff continually impress me with their superb customer service and the best turf graphics in the industry.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
